Quite expensive needs improvement

I guess I expected a lot more from this in terms of settings.
When in the morning do I have time to find scales to weigh water and coffee?
Would be very helpful to be able to alter the measurement units. Say fluid ounces for water and tsp for coffee ( taking into account the grind needed for each device used)
