BrewControl is the coffee app for your iPhone.
Why try to figure out how much water you need for a given amount of coffee every time? BrewControl will remember what coffee to water ratio you want, calculating the coffee and water weights on the fly.
Once youre ready to brew, BrewControl will manage the time as well. Keep track of brew time with a stopwatch timer, or countdown timer, depending on the brew method you select.
You can add and reorder time events, duplicate entire brew methods, and control ratios all from your iPhone. And when youre too busy brewing to take the phone out of your pocket, you can move the party to your Apple Watch. Its just that simple. Thats simple, right?

I bought your app after seeing you answer a question on coffee brewing on some forum where you mentioned it at the same time. It works really well and its simple, I use it every day even though I have the timing and dosage memorized. I think I do it for the pleasant gong sound when the coffee is finished. I do believe theres a mistake though when you read about press pot it says bloom time 30sec but the timer gives you 1min . I dont know which is right or better. Anyways, good luck with your app!
Got the ratio sorted out with supper fast response from support.
This is a great app that I recommend to all my customers especially since most of them are new to coffee and exact brewing times and measurements are important to them. Once the ratio settings can be customized for each brew method itll be a five star rating.

Amazing application for real coffee affectionados. Using Brew Control you can ensure that youll have consistently great coffee with the perfect water/coffee ratios and timing.
I brew in many different ways and this app lets me know Im getting control of essential variables every time.
The ratio calculation saves me a couple steps over a calculator. Having multiple timers seems like a useful feature for coffee shops.
A "restore to defaults" button for the brew ratios would be nice for someone using the app to learn a new brewing method (you mess with the dials and then want to go back to the settings the app comes with). Also, something is a little off about the buttons. They dont seem very sensitive away from the center of the button, which feels out of place for iOS.
I guess I expected a lot more from this in terms of settings.
When in the morning do I have time to find scales to weigh water and coffee?
Would be very helpful to be able to alter the measurement units. Say fluid ounces for water and tsp for coffee ( taking into account the grind needed for each device used)
Given the highly idiosyncratic nature of optimal coffee brewing it is disappointing that there is little customization possible using this app--cant adjust brew time except bloom, no place for grind info, or additional recipe aspects (stirring, water temp, lunge duration), ratio is calculated non intuitively (typically reported as H2O gms : Coffee gms not the inverse as in app).
